Dr. Wayne Caldwell
PhD, FCIP, RPP
Wayne Caldwell is a professor emeritus in Rural Planning and Development (Ontario Agricultural College) at the University of Guelph.
He also has a career-long affiliation with the County of Huron.
He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (1986-present), a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Planners, and a Registered Professional Planner with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (1986-present).
